This is my favourite smoothie recipe coming into summer. It's the perfect creamy, fruity blend. I start my morning with one of these every day. Whether you are a smoothie bowl person or need it on the go you will LOVE this recipe!



  • 250ml of coconut almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana 
  • 8 pieces of frozen mango
  • 1/2 passionfruit
  • 1 scoop of vanilla coconut yoghurt
  • 1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein (I use Sunwarrior or Prana)
  • 4 macadamia nuts
  • Sprinkle of shredded or toasted coconut
  • 5 ice cubes 


  • Blend all ingredients in a blender
  • Take a photo and tag me in it (after all you are vegan)
